Guaranteeing a satisfactory shopping experience

  • First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
  • You do not need a Return Authorization to exchange or return any item assuming it meets the guidelines below. Just ship it back to us, and we will take care of the rest.

We find that the vast majority of our customers do not elect to return or exchange their items, so we have elected to pass along the most competitive prices and shipping rates we can by not paying for return shipping on returns and exchanges. 

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime before the delivery/dispatch by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refunds

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Also, please keep in mind that the regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, Deal items cannot be refunded.
  • Please do note that the food product(s) which are ordered is of top quality and it does not contain any preservatives, as a result, the shelf life of the products will be below the normally used packaged products. This makes it difficult for us to provide the return facility for food products; hence this facility will not be available for food products. 

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product within 7 days if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and return the money or issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

All payments for a refund of the Transaction Price shall be done within 7 days as follows and in accordance with the provisions contained herein and applicable laws in India, particularly the directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time for opening and operation of accounts and settlement of payments for electronic payment transactions involving intermediaries dated 24 November 2009.

  • Except for Payment on Delivery Transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received.
  • For Payment on Delivery Transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft in favor of the Buyer (as per the details provided by the Buyer at the time of registration with the Website).
  • Refunds shall only be made in Indian Rupees and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received. Buyer shall bear any foreign exchange conversion risk, loss, charges, or fees if any.
  • For electronics payments, the refund shall be made through the Spice So Craft’s Facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India.
  • Refund shall be subject to the buyer complying with the provisions of the User Agreement and the rules and polices made thereunder and the Company shall have recourse to such refund in case of any misuse by the buyer.
